Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the products purchased on PUMA. srl.com. Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal may be exercised using one of the following methods, by choice: i) use of the Return Form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art.49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) that you find online in the Customer Service area to be completed in full to obtain the return number (the Seller will send you confirmation by e-mail that the request for withdrawal has been received via the Return Form); ii) use of this form (compliant with the standard form pursuant to Article 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code) to be completed in full in all its fields; iii) sending to the Seller another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in such cases, to the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by PUMA. SRL (Nexive) using the label he will be sent to you at the time of approval of your return, or through another forwarder. In some specific cases, duly reported in the Return Form, it will be possible to change the chosen garment with another. Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the event that you have purchased tailor-made or customized products or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after the delivery, such as by way of example products belonging to the "Cosmetics" category whose sealed package has been opened.
I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met: to. within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products, you must correctly complete and transmit: the Return Form found in the Customer Service area or, alternatively, you can complete and send this form or send another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract also by registered letter to PUMA's address. SRL., Via Podgora, 11 - 20122 Milan, or by telegram, fax, to the number 051 6184287, to be confirmed, at your discretion; b. the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged; c. the identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal; d. the products must be returned in their packaging; the package must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that make it up; is. the returned products must be delivered to the chosen courier within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract; f. the products must not be damaged. If you have met all the required conditions, PUMA. SRL pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code will reimburse you in full for the price of the products purchased, remaining at your expense only for the return costs, i.e. those for returning to PUMA. SRL of the products purchased, except PUMA. SRL has expressly exempted you from these expenses at the time of purchase and on the additional condition that you use the forwarder indicated in the Return Form. If you decide to use the courier chosen by PUMA. SRL for the shipment of the purchased products (Nexive) using the prepaid and pre-printed adhesive label that you will find inside your package, however, you will not have to pay the return costs in person, it will in fact be PUMA. SRL to pay, on your behalf, the Nexive courier, withholding from the refund an amount equal to the cost previously incurred for the delivery of the purchased products to your home. You will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions indicated above in letters a), e) and f) of the previous paragraph. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. In case you refuse this PUMA shipment. SRL reserves the right to keep the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the products. II. Refund times and methods
In accordance with art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after PUMA. We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit date; - purchase via PayPal: the refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card. - cash on delivery: the refund takes place on the current account indicated by you, therefore the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter and on the credit institution where you have opened the account. In the case of a gift, the reimbursement of the sums will be made to the person who made the payment.
III. Conditions for exchanging products
In some specific cases, duly reported in the Return Form, as an alternative to exercising the right of withdrawal, you will have the possibility to change the products purchased with others, instead of obtaining a refund of the relative price.
The exchange request will take place within the limits set out below: to. only those purchased products may be exchanged for which this possibility will be expressly provided for in the Return Form; b. you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased only with products of the same model, having different size and / or color. In any case, the options available for the exchange will be indicated in the Return Form; c. you can request the exchange of one or more products purchased no later than fourteen (14) working days from the date of their delivery, by completing the Return Form, to be sent electronically to PUMA. SRL within the aforementioned term. The products to be exchanged must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from when you notified the Seller of your decision to exchange the products.
d. you can make only one exchange request for each product purchased; is. the products for which you request the exchange must be returned to PUMA. SRL in their original packaging, not used, worn, washed or damaged, and the identification tag must still be attached with the disposable seal; f. products to be exchanged that are part of a single order must be sent to PUMA. SRL in a single shipment. PUMA. SRL, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, sent for exchange at different times.
If all the above conditions are correctly respected, once the Return Form containing your exchange request has been completed and sent, PUMA. SRL will process the same replacement request by sending you a confirmation e-mail for this purpose.
IV. Times and methods for obtaining the change
After PUMA. SRL will have received the products you intend to change and checked that all the above requirements have been met, PUMA. SRL will check the actual availability at its warehouses of the products in the size and / or color you have selected.
In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are not available in its warehouses, PUMA. SRL will not be able to accept your exchange request and will therefore proceed to refund you the price of the product or products originally purchased and not replaceable, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code and according to the procedures set out in sections I and II of this information.
In the event that the product or products selected for exchange are available, PUMA. SRL will be able to accept your exchange request and will therefore send you an e-mail confirming the shipment of the replacement products. In this case, the shipment will take place within thirty (30) days from the date on which PUMA. SRL will have become aware of your exchange request, once it has been verified that it has taken place in compliance with the conditions set out above in section III of this information. Shipping costs for replacement products will be borne by PUMA. SRL, which will choose the relative carrier.
If the price of the purchased product is lower or higher than the price of the product selected for the exchange, you will not be entitled to any refund and / or charge for the difference.
You will be contacted if your exchange request cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the conditions set out above in section III of this information. In this case, you can choose to get back the products you intended to exchange at your expense. In case you refuse this shipment, PUMA. The replacement product or products may be subject to subsequent return pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code and in accordance with the provisions of the previous Sections I and II.
V. Product identification tag
All products offered for sale by PUMA. SRL are equipped with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal, which is an integral part of the asset. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and its seal. We also remind you that, pursuant to art. 57, paragraph II, of the Consumer Code, you will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the products returned to the Seller, resulting from the use of the products other than that necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Returns can be shipped via the Nexive courier indicated by PUMA. SRL, using the prepaid and pre-printed adhesive label that you will find inside your package. This method will allow PUMA. SRL to pay the shipment on your behalf and to check where your package is at any time. In order to organize the collection of the products you want to return, contact Nexive. Alternatively, if you decide to use a different shipper than the one indicated by PUMA to return the products. SRL, you will have to pay the costs of the return in person and you will be responsible for any loss or damage of the products during transport.
VII. Consumer Code These Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
